Freedom Walk - Final day at Trivandrum

It was an idea six months ago. That idea was conceptualised and later, was named Freedom Walk-A walk to claim,ensure and preserve freedom. Started off from Kasargode on Oct 2, our team of volunteers criss-crossed through the length and breadth of Kerala touching all the 14 districts, and spreading the message of freedom among the people. Hearty congratulations to Anoop John, Cherry G Mathew, Sooraj K and Prasad S.R for the kind of determination and perseverance they have shown for a social cause.

The Freedom Walk will start its day from Kazhakkoottam at 9 AM. En route, they will visit the University of Kerala, Kariyavattom Campus and also a meeting at College of Engineering, Trivandrum at ETA 11:30 AM. After the meeting, the final stretch from Sreekariyam to Chirst Nagar School, Vellayambalam, will begin at 12:30 PM. The Walk will pass through Ulloor, Kesavadasapuram, Pattom, PMG, LMS, Vellayambalam and the final destination - The Christ Nagar School.

Freedom Walk will reach Trivandrum on Nov 14, and a public function will be held at Christ Nagar School, Vellayambalam at 5 PM. The Hon. Secretary to the state, Information & Technology Department, Dr.Ajay Kumar IAS is the Chief Guest for the meeting. We welcome all free software enthusiasts and other social activists to this function and make this event a grand success.
